The applied amounts and percentages are to be paid by the guest or the person who booked the room(s).

- Possible to cancel until 48hrs before arrival (in between 48hrs not possible to cancel anymore)

- Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100% (charged on the total amount)
- Between 1 and 8 day(s) before arrival: 50%) (charged on the total amount)
- Mora than 3 weeks before arrival: 25,00 EUR (per booked room)
NON REFUNDABLE RATE
Not possible to cancel.
(*) groups = Every booking of 3 or more rooms
Important:
The above cancellation policy is a standard / general cancellation policy.
However, for certain periods or for certain volumes of rooms, the hotel can decide to apply specific cancellation policies.
In that case the newly mentioned and specific cancellation policy always overrule the standard cancellation policy.
